Murphy's Cove, 51 N. Front Street Lansing

Murphy's Cove is a newly built, modern, two story home established in the spring of 2004.  It has three bedrooms, all with queen sized beds; two baths with bedding and towels included.  The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher.  A comfortable living room with cable TV and a VCR-DVD player and two roomy porches offer a beautiful view of the Mississippi River and the Black Hawk Bridge.

Murphy's Cove is rented as one complete unit by the day, weekend or week.  Other amenities include central air-conditioning and a patio with charcoal grill.

Enjoy the sunrise on the upper deck off the master bedroom while you watch barges and riverboats navigate the river.

Rental rates for 2007 are:

Weekends - 3:00 pm Friday to 12:00 pm Sunday, (Minimum of two nights, May thru October - $380.00) (November thru April - $190.00/night)

Week nights - Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed and Thurs $150.00 a night. Check in 3:00 pm check out is 12:00 pm the day you leave.

Weekly rentals - (7 days or more) $120.00/night

There will be a  $200.00 security deposit charged at the time of your arrival for damage or theft.  This deposit will be fully refunded provided neither occurred during your stay.  This refund will be mailed back to you within ten days after your departure.

We ask for one nights rent at the time you reserve Murphy's Cove to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY-- For cancellations made 14 days or more before your reservation your deposit will be refunded less $20.00.  Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 14 days before your reservation.

No pets or smoking is allow in the house.
