At The House at French Creek our mission is to preserve the heritage, authenticity, and accessibility of this beautiful century old farmhouse and its grounds. By offering a warm and hospitable environment conducive to events, retreats, and workshops, The House at French Creek shares its unique landscape and one of a kind experience with those looking to enrich their lives through art, literature, music, and good company.
The House at French Creek is open year round, and in conjunction with The Sous les Sapins Program, offers a variety of educational programming and rural adventures. The House features elegant indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, technical and AV services, and delicious locally sourced and home prepared meals and snacks.

Original woodwork and wood floors throughout, with a beautiful open staircase, pocket doors and French doors.
A large dining room, sitting room as well as furnished eat-in kitchen great for cooking.
Quaint first floor bathroom includes a claw foot tub.
All bedrooms include fine linens.
Other amenities include a gorgeous library with large selection of books, crafts, and games. A TV/DVD player and CD player are provided, so bring your favorites. One large bedroom serves as studio space. It has a great second-floor view and we’ve provided some basic art supplies.
A new backyard deck, charcoal grill, and outdoor seating around our copper fire bowl provide the perfect setting for dining, socializing or just kicking back.
Nestled in the raspberry patch beyond the fenced yard is a garden box with potted herbs, rows of Italian basil, and spring greens, all planted in early spring in the cold frame. Go a little further in the yard and there is a planted garden with seasonal favorites to pick and enjoy during your stay plus apple trees to gather seasonally.
