Allamakee County Conservation Foundation

It is the Allamakee County Conservation Foundation’s (ACCF) mission to enhance the quality of life for the citizens and visitors of Allamakee County by providing quality outdoor recreation facilities, environmental education, and by promoting the long-term protection of Allamakee County’s natural resources and heritage.

Description

The Allamakee County Conservation Foundation (ACCF) is a non-profit organization based in Allamakee County, Iowa. The Foundation will create additional funding mechanisms to supplement traditional funding sources for the Allamakee County Conservation Board. The Foundation will establish the following opportunities: partnerships with both the visitor and residents of Allamakee County, provide a conduit for voluntarism and community service, promote destinations for tourism and create awareness and appreciation for the resources of Allamakee County.
